Delivery Area: Fra-dor offers delivery services within a designated area. Please check our website or contact us to confirm if we deliver to your location.

Delivery Schedule: We strive to fulfill and deliver orders in a timely manner. Delivery dates and times are subject to availability and may vary based on factors such as weather conditions and order volume. We will provide an estimated delivery window, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

Delivery Process: When placing an order for bulk landscape supplies, customers are not required to be present at the time of delivery. We will deliver the products to the specified location on your property, typically in the driveway or yard. Customers must mark the desired area clearly, indicating where they want the product to be deposited. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure clear access to the delivery area and to notify us of any obstacles or special instructions. We cannot place material near trees or power/phone lines. All placement locations are at the discretion of our drivers.

Delivery Liability: Once the products are delivered and deposited in the designated area, the customer assumes all liability and responsibility for the products. Fra-dor is not liable for any damage to property or injuries that may occur after delivery.

 

Return and Refund Policy:

Return Eligibility: Due to the nature of bulk landscape supplies, returns are generally not accepted unless there is an error on our part. We encourage customers to inspect the products upon delivery and report any issues immediately.

Reporting Issues: If there is an or error with the delivered products, customers must notify Fra-dor within 24 hours of delivery. To report an issue, please contact our customer service team by phone or email and provide details and supporting evidence, such as photographs, if applicable.

Refund or Replacement: Upon verification of an error, Fra-dor will determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate and will work with the customer to either provide a refund and/or replacement.

Exclusions: Returns and refunds are not provided for issues arising from customer error, such as incorrect measurements or placement instructions provided at the time of ordering. Additionally, returns may not be accepted for products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery. x

Resolution Process: Fra-dor will make reasonable efforts to address customer concerns and resolve issues in a fair and timely manner. Our decision regarding returns and refunds is final.
